Our client is a Chinese company located in Shunde, Guangdong province who is actively seeking a:
Water Treatment
Expert
This individual must be up to date with water
treatment technologies and regulations with a preference for having already worked
internationally.
Basic Conditions:
1. Familiar with
international and domestic laws and regulations, national standards and
industry standards, which are related to the water purification equipment and
products.
2. Good faith and
honest, diligent and dedicated, solidarity and cooperation, good professional
quality.
3. Have a good
employment record and outstanding performance.
4. Good health and
can adapt to work requirements.
5. Overseas working
experience is preferred.
6. Conditions may be
appropriate to relax for the outstanding applicant who is under 50 years old.
Qualifications:
1. Environmental
water treatment professional doctorate in engineering or dual master's degree
(with water treatment professional).
2. Has previously worked in any of the
following positions or the equivalent in technical positions:
(1) Senior
technical positions in famous overseas universities, enterprises, research
institutions；
(2) Leader
of international or national significant scientific research or engineering
project；
(3) Senior
technical positions within the industry leading enterprises or the intellectual
property rights holders of the core technology.
3. Proficiency in
professional water treatment technologies (RO reverse osmosis membranes,
ultrafiltration membranes, micro filtration, activated carbon etc), able to solve more complex technical issues
independently in this specialized field, with strong ability to design and
analysis of the water treatment plan, based on the industry's market and the
enterprise to determine the best way, meet the needs of enterprise's core
technology, control and reduce research and development costs;
4. Have strong
ability of learning, innovation, organization, coordination and communication；
5. Excellent
information-gathering and analytical skills, with strong logical thinking and
sense, able to analyze accurately of the cause of the problem and propose the
solutions.
6. Have 2 or more
invention patents related to the water treatment technology, and 1 or more of
software copyrights or intellectual property rights with national independent
innovative products.
7. Familiar with the
process and method of operation of the project, with strong project management
skills, completing 2 more national research projects.
8. In
the field of water treatment technology: applied technology research, product
development, technological innovation, has achieved a major breakthrough in the
introduction and diffusion of new technologies and strong ability to innovate.
Play a central role in the projects undertaken in, and reached the results
achieved has reached the international advanced level or filled domestic gap,
promoted development of water treatment technology, enhancing international
competitive advantage.
9. Published papers
or technical content of the published books to be the leading level in the
water treatment industry, have a positive guiding role on the development of
professional water treatment technology, and have, in principle, one of the
following conditions: as first author published water treatment professional
academic papers, briefings or 1 or more comments on by SCI, ISTP, EI indexed
periodicals; or as the main author(ranked in the top 3) officially published 3
or more professional water treatment bookmakings; or
as the first author published academic papers, briefings, or 3 or more
professional water treatment comments in the domestic and foreign periodicals.
A comprehensive compensation plan is being
offered with a negotiable salary in the range of $80,000 - $160,000 CDN.
