We are currently seeking Sales Representatives to develop and manage existing
business accounts and bring in new business for our complete line of products
in the Greater Montreal area and in the Quebec City area. Reporting to the VP
of Sales and Marketing in Toronto, we offer:

Accountabilities
of the Sales Representative role include:
- Using your people and entrepreneurial
skills to develop business with existing customers.
- Setting objectives and developing
strategic solutions in conjunction with the VP Sales & Marketing
- Developing annual account/business
plans.
- Attaining account development objectives
as well as short-term revenue targets.
- Working with and through the Cosmetic
managers of multiple pharmacy beauty departments, including the training
and motivating of Beauty staff
- Working with and motivating in-store
demonstrators to build your territories business
- Ensuring a superior level of customer
satisfaction is achieved to assist in customer retention and market
expansion.
Qualifications
Account
management and customer care are paramount to these positions. Successful
candidates must have a strong customer service orientation. In addition, he/she
will possess:
- Relevant prior outside sales experience
is a strong asset
- Excellent communication skills, both
written and verbal.
- Bilingual ( French & English)
mandatory
- Excellent presentation and persuasive
skills.
- Strong organization skills with the
ability to prioritize.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills.
Ability to form and build relationships
- Ability to evaluate accounts and assess
potential opportunities.
- Travel within a designated territory
required. Your own vehicle together with a valid driver's license and a
good driving record is essential.
