Chinese designer group located in, JiangSu
Province, southern China is actively searching for a:
Chief Menswear Designer
For the past 6
years this limited company has been ranked second in the Chinese Garment Top
List as a leading brand in national clothing brands. Dating back to 1991, this
designer group has won numerous awards including the “China Top Ten Famous
Brands” award and in the last decade the “China Top Ten Brands with Most
Cultural Value” award as well as the highest industry award for Chinese
Garments Achievements Award.
Today the
company continues to represent a modern era in Chinese fashion and its
representatives are eager to welcome a candidate with ambition and talent to
fulfill the company’s desire for further progress.
Responsibilities:
A. Plan the
product design project:
1.
Organize the market research and analyze the garment
design trend and fashion trend according to the research.
2.
Communicate with Marketing Department, Sales
Department and Customers on demand aspect; accurately grasp the customer’s
requirements.
3.
According to the company’s overall development
strategy, determining annual product development objectives, strategies and
marketing plans.
B. Organize
the clothing design:
1.
Responsible for the formulation of the company
brand’s positioning, image, style; and product development and production for
each quarter.
2.
Responsible for the verification and release of
paper pattern, clothing pattern and process technical information.
3.
Development of the whole process of costume design.
4.
Responsible for ensuring the development of
production processes scientific and rational.
5.
Design the domestic Vogue Fashion products
independently.
C. External
Coordination
1.
Coordinate internal and external relations of the
Department.
2.
Participate and organize the company’s ordering
fair, design the exhibition style etc.
D. Internal
Management of the Department
1.
Assign new product design, development tasks, and
coordinate staff relations.
2.
Build product design teams and develop talents
training plan.
Qualifications:
1.
College degree or above in Fashion Design.
2.
Over 8years’ working experience as chief
designer for menswear (business casual men's wear design experience
preferred).
3.
With good knowledge of clothing fabric, technology,
production processes etc.
4.
Flexible thinking and outstanding creative ability,
excellent controlled capacity and sensitivity of clothing-related trends.
5.
Excellent communication skills, effective team
management and excellent leadership.
6.
Italy or France National, background of working
in China is preferred, annual salary of 100,000-150,000Euro (negotiable depending
on experience).
7.
The company will provide work visa for the right
candidate.
