As a Toronto
based leader focused on Inside Insurance Sales we are looking for people who
have successfully completed their LLQP qualifications, to join our sales team
at our downtown Toronto, and Whitby offices.
If you have exceptional customer service skills, some sales experience,
have successfully completed the LLQP qualifications and are looking for a
sponsor, or you are a Life Licensed Agent, with more experience, you are

Candidates and Life Licensed Agents - Inside Insurance Sales
As one of our
qualified LLQP, agents, we will provide the sponsorship you need to obtain your
license. Working from our professional
call centre environment, we will offer you paid sales –upselling – customer
service training to help optimize your sales skills! As one of our LLQP team members or Life
Licensed Agents, you will have excellent communication skills and preferably have
some sales experience. (Non-insurance
sales/customer service experience or call centre experience is counted.) Formal sales or customer service
training/certification is an asset. Bilingual (French/English) verbal and
written language skills are an asset
and will have a paid premium.
Requirements
You will have
successfully completed the LLQP qualifications and be looking for
sponsorship. Preferably, you will have
some past sales/customer service experience and will attend our classroom
training on products and sales techniques designed to enhance your sales and
customer service abilities. You will
also be offered continued educational opportunities, including mentoring and
coaching to maintain and develop your sales skills and product knowledge. We expect all agents to uphold our high level
of professionalism with clients and quotas.
Continued education to satisfy provincial and licensing requirements
will be provided in order to maintain cross-country licensing.
Hourly pay
commensurate with experience and industry standards plus performance incentives
/commission is provided. 5 day work week
with some shift work expected and options for weekends. Interested parties
