Our client is a Chinese company located in Hunan
province who is actively seeking a:
Expert Technologist of Environmental Sanitation Machinery
Design
To summarize, this
person would be responsible for the overall design of the company’s
environmental sanitation machinery technology and new multifunctional products’
research and development.
Responsibilities:
1: Organize and prepare the technology development
and strategic planning of the environmental sanitation machinery products as a
technical leader, and report the implementation progress to the relevant
leadership; Responsible for the formation of a technical team, personnel
management and coordination.
2: Responsible for introducing the new
technology into the company, planning and implementing of product development,
ensuring that the products to be multifunctional.
3: Reasonable compile technical document,
improve and standardize technics processes and establish the technological
standards and work manuals.
4: Focus on the development of world-class
products in the industry, lead the staff to analyze and research the technical
information professionally.
5: Study on the reliability and refinedness of
the products, promote new product process improvement, and optimize product
performance and appearance.
6: Innovate the
environmental sanitation product models, individual demand combined with a
variety of functions on the basis of a new model of mechanical product
innovation; technology planning, organizing and implementing of innovation
projects; coordination of resources and technical communication in project
management.
Qualifications:
1: Bachelor degree or above in Industry design,
environmental sanitation machinery, hydraulic, electric control, engineering
mechanics and other professionals.
2: Rich working experience of world-class
companies in construction machinery industry, environmental sanitation
machinery systems design experience or hydraulic system design experience.
3: Wealth knowledge of environmental sanitation
machinery products, familiar with road sweeper, washing
vehicle, compressed car design and development principles.
4: Technical innovation skills, project
planning and organization skills, communication skills, excellent resource
integration and project management capabilities.
A comprehensive compensation plan is being
offered with a negotiable salary in the range of $80,000 - $160,000 CDN.
