Expert
Technologist of Crawler Crane Design
This company is
currently searching for a R&D professional who would like the responsibility
for designing the company’s crawler crane products with the goal of reaching
the international advanced level.

Responsibilities:
1: Organize and prepare the technology
development and strategic planning of the crawler crane, and report the
implementation progress to the relevant leadership in time.
2: Responsible for introducing the new
technology into the company, planning and implementing of product development,
ensuring that the products to be multifunctional.
3: Reasonable compile technical document,
improve and standardize technics processes and establish the technological
standards and work manuals.
4: Focus on the development of world-class
products in the industry, lead the staff to analyze and research the technical
information professionally.
5: Study on the reliability and refinedness of
the products, promote new product process improvement, and optimize product
performance and appearance.
6: Propose the technology innovation project,
organizing and implementing of the projects; coordination of resources and
technical communication in project management.
Qualifications:
1: Bachelor degree or above in Industry design,
machinery, hydraulic, electric control engineering mechanics, and other
professionals.
2: Rich working experience of the world-class
companies in construction machinery industry, experience in design, research
and development of the international leading level of the crawler crane
products.
3: Wealth knowledge of crawler crane, familiar
with the crawler crane, truck crane, or tower crane products.
4: Innovation skills, project planning and
organization skills, communication skills, overall project management
capabilities.
A comprehensive compensation plan is being
offered with a negotiable salary in the range of $80,000 - $160,000 CDN.
